Planned Core Network Maintenance

As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, we are notifying you of planned maintenance on our Core network.
What will happen?
During the maintenance window, we will be making configuration changes to some of our Core Routers. Following these updates, we will conduct necessary testing to ensure stability and performance.
When will the work be carried out?
The maintenance will take place on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, 19th March 2025, from 23:00 to 03:00 (GMT)
- Thursday, 27th March 2025, from 23:00 to 03:00 (GMT)
Will I experience downtime?
While we do not anticipate significant disruption, customers may notice minor variations in latency as the new configurations are brought into service. This should last only a few minutes. The maintenance has been classified as medium risk.
